Arnaud Crouzet

Arnaud is a seasoned expert in the payments ecosystem and regulations, with deep experience in various sectors, such as payments, merchants, systems, banking and telecommunications.

He is currently Vice President of Consulting Services at Fime. In this role, he leads a team of consultants and experts who help clients and partners to optimize their payment processes, improve customer experience and comply with industry standards.

Arnaud is passionate about payments and is an active contributor to several European and international organizations that are shaping the future of the payments ecosystem, such as nexo standards, EPC, ECSG, Berlin Group, EuroCommerce, Mercatel, FCD.

Previously, Arnaud was Global Head of Payment at Auchan Retail Group, in charge of payment strategy, and former Secretary General of nexo standards. He has also worked for American Express Group and Ingenico.
