Aishwarya M.R is a seasoned Human Resources Manager at FinBox, where Aishwarya has been instrumental in establishing and enhancing the HR function since October 2021. Aishwarya oversees recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple locations including Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Pune. Prior to FinBox, Aishwarya served as a Brand Evangelist at cSoft Technologies Pvt Ltd and held various roles in the HR domain at Flutura Decision Sciences & Analytics, progressing from HR Trainee to Associate - People Success. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science and Engineering from Acharya Institutes of Technology and completed Pre University studies in PCMB at Mount Carmel College.
