Liao Junping

Dr. Liao Junping was appointed as their independent non-executive Director on 23 October 2017 and is primarily responsible for supervising and providing independent judgement to their Board. Mr. Liao is also a member of their nomination committee. Dr. Liao has more than 33 years of experiences in providing property-related tertiary education. He was as a lecturer and then associate professor of the property operations and management courses in the department of economics and also served as an associate professor and deputy head of the business management department in Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-Sen University. Since January 2002, Dr. Liao has been serving as an associate professor and afterward, a professor in the business management department. He is also currently the director of the Centre of Real Estate Studies in Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-Sen University.
