Headteachers Team

The Headteachers Team at Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust is responsible for leading and coordinating the educational and operational strategies across the Trust’s schools. This team ensures the implementation of the Trust's vision to provide a "World Class" education, fosters innovation in teaching practices, and collaborates to remove artificial barriers of stage and age. They work together to exceed academic benchmarks, promote a passion for lifelong learning, and prepare students to be active members of the global community.
