Mike Novikov

Mike Novikov is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as CTPO at FinLego since May 2024, Mike previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Stenn International from 2012 to 2023, where leadership of a 120-person tech team resulted in the company's growth to a £900 million valuation. Prior roles include Head of Engineering at Customized InformSystem and Eurokommerz, where significant achievements included developing operational platforms that improved efficiency and reduced costs for large retailers and financial operations. Mike's technical expertise is supported by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
