Athanasia Sfikas

Athanasia Sfikas is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Finn Partners since February 2019, Athanasia also holds the position of Communications Consultant at Arcadia Strategic Advisors, a role held since 2013. Previously, Athanasia was a Senior Vice President in the New York Corporate Practice at Ogilvy Public Relations from January 2015 to February 2019, and spent over a decade at Hill & Knowlton as a Vice President from 2000 to 2012. Athanasia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the School of International Service at American University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
