Ana Flores

Ana Flores has extensive experience in human resources and executive assistance, currently serving as Jefe de Programas y Beneficios at Finning South America since August 2002. In this role, Ana is responsible for developing and managing programs that enhance employee loyalty, engagement, and satisfaction. Previously, Ana held positions in the same company, including Analista RRHH and Executive Assistant to various Vice Presidents. Prior experience includes an Executive Assistant role at Laborum.com, where tasks involved administrative support across different management levels and foreign branches, and at BBVA Banco Continental, focusing on international banking functions.
