Michelle Dupont

Michelle Dupont, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Finning since September 2018, overseeing a team that supports 4,500 employees in Canadian operations. Previously, Michelle held the role of Vice President of Global Talent Management and Organizational Development, leading initiatives across South America, Canada, the UK, and Ireland. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of People at Matrix Solutions Inc., and various roles in human resources and talent management at Suncor, Viterra, and WestJet, culminating in significant leadership responsibilities and strategic contributions to organizational effectiveness and people development. Michelle is an alumna of Queen's University with an MBA and the University of Calgary, where a Bachelor of Education with distinction was earned.
