Rachit Agrawal

Rachit Agrawal is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Finolex Industries Ltd since April 2024, Rachit previously held the position of Assistant General Manager - Governance Risk and Compliance at JayaShree Textiles, a Grasim Industries Limited subsidiary, from March 2020 to April 2024. Rachit spent nearly a decade at Aditya Birla Group, progressing from Senior Manager to Manager and Deputy Manager in Corporate Audit, where responsibilities included risk assessment, audit planning, and team management. Early career experiences include roles at JSW Steel Ltd and Prateek Lifestyle Limited, alongside consultancy work.
