Julie Muldoon

Julie Muldoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, communications, and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Affairs at Finseca since June 2021 and the owner of SEED Marketing Creations since August 2017, Muldoon has a strong background in political and coalition management from their time as Coalitions Director and Policy Advisor in the Office of Governor Kristi Noem, along with roles in constituent services. Additional expertise includes communications management at the South Dakota Bureau of Information and Telecommunications and leadership positions at Native Hope and St. Joseph's Indian School. Julie began their career in guest services and performance roles, showcasing a diverse skill set built on a foundation of business management and marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
