Robbie Taylor

Robbie Taylor serves as an Executive Council Member at FinTechNZ and has been the Manager of Money and Cash Policy at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand since February 2021, addressing the future of cash and digital currency in New Zealand. As Co-Founder and Director of Little Dragon Natural Skincare Company since September 2017, Robbie has contributed to creating a premium organic skincare brand for young children. Robbie held various roles at the New Zealand Treasury from October 2017 to February 2021, including acting Manager of Financial Markets Policy and Team Leader of Financial Markets, providing policy advice on banking and insurance. Prior experiences include Deputy Head of Mission at the New Zealand Embassy in Hanoi and positions within the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade focused on trade negotiations and legal advisement. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, completed in 2008.
