Sarah Grotta

Sarah Grotta is an experienced professional in the payments industry, currently serving as Head of Payments at Lincoln Savings Bank since October 2022, where strategic direction for the Banking-as-a-Service organization is provided, particularly in expanding payment solutions. Previously, Sarah functioned as Director of Debit Advisory Service at Mercator Advisory Group from January 2017 to October 2022, delivering research and consulting on debit issuance and real-time payments, while also building a substantial subscriber base. As a business owner at Grotta Consulting from February 2013 to October 2022, consultancy services were offered to a diverse range of businesses, leveraging extensive knowledge in payments, debit, and prepaid solutions.
