Jessica Menjivar is an experienced Salesforce Consultant at Fíonta since December 2021, with a strong background in business analysis, project management, and data management. Prior to Fíonta, Jessica served as a Senior Business Analyst at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing technological solutions for the Science & Technology Policy Fellowships program, leading data analytics projects, and providing user support. Jessica's previous roles also include positions at the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS), where Jessica focused on compliance reporting, user support, and CRM management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts from The George Washington University.
