Paul McKelvey

Paul Mckelvey is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop engineering, systems administration, and technical support. Currently serving as a Desktop Engineer at Fire and Emergency NZ since March 2023, Paul has previously worked as a Systems Administrator at Redstripe Business IT Services and held various roles at Wētā Workshop Ltd, including Senior IT Support Technician. Additional experience includes responsibilities as a Solutions Support Engineer at Konica Minolta New Zealand and System Administrator at the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. Paul has a solid foundation in computer builds, active directory and Azure management, Office 365 administration, and network administration, complemented by early career experience as an Avionics Technician with the Royal New Zealand Air Force. Paul completed education at Taihape College, earning a UE and HSC from 1985 to 1989.
