Marcia Mitchell

Marcia Mitchell is currently an advisor at Fire Cider. Prior to that, they were the director of NY Ventures at Empire State Development, where they were responsible for investing in startups across New York State. Marcia also served on the advisory board of Shire City Herbals and CRUDE Personal Care.

Mitchell is a experienced entrepreneur, having founded Berkshire Collective, a social media marketing agency, in 2014. Marcia also has extensive experience in digital marketing, having served as a senior digital marketing consultant at Dominion Enterprises and as a contributor and founding member of The Model Alliance.

Marcia Mitchell has a Master of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Technology Commercialization & Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in Economics, and a degree from University College London in Political Studies, Economics. Marcia also attended Deerfield Academy where they learned to "Be Worthy of Your Heritage."
