Governance Team

The Governance Team at Firefly Children & Family Alliance oversees the organization's strategic direction and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards. Comprised of the Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer, the team is responsible for financial governance, policy development, and fostering accountability within the organization to enhance the effectiveness of support services for at-risk children and families.
