Jerry Balderas

Jerry Balderas is an accomplished technology professional with a diverse background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Tech Lead at First Advantage, Jerry has spearheaded innovative applications that enhance efficiency in hiring processes. With experience as a Software Engineer at Crusader Games, Jerry developed a monetized Minecraft plugin aimed at Christian ministry. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Cognizant, where Jerry trained developers in various technologies during the COVID crisis, and Senior Full Stack Developer for notable clients such as American Airlines.
