Joy Henry

Joy Henry serves as the Executive Vice President & General Manager for the Americas at First Advantage since November 2024. Previously, Joy held several key roles at Sterling from November 2013 to November 2024, including Executive Vice President overseeing the US Technology & Business Services division, where Joy led a significant organizational redesign and achieved substantial revenue growth. Joy's career at Sterling also featured leadership positions that resulted in increased revenue retention and successful team development. Prior experience includes a Vice Presidency at Dow Jones, where revenue streams expanded significantly, alongside leadership roles that consistently achieved high sales targets. Joy possesses a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Scranton.
