Krista Williams is the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at First Advantage, a role assumed in November 2024 following the acquisition of Sterling, where Krista also served as Vice President overseeing global talent acquisition for a vast client base. With extensive experience in human resources, Krista previously held various leadership positions at FM Global, including Assistant Vice President for Talent Innovation and Talent Acquisition Operations, where responsibilities encompassed global recruitment strategies and compliance. Earlier career roles include managing talent acquisition at Primark Stores Limited, Swarovski, and Seven Step RPO, along with senior positions at CVS Health, where Krista directed talent acquisition governance. Krista Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Providence College and has pursued studies in Economics at East Carolina University, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in talent acquisition and human resources management.
