The Loan Processing Team at First Bank of Manhattan is responsible for managing the loan application and approval process for both personal and business clients. This includes evaluating financial information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with underwriters, and finalizing loan documentation. They specialize in a variety of loan products such as mortgages, commercial real estate, SBA loans, agricultural loans, and business and personal lines of credit.
