Analiza Grandner

AnaLiza Grandner currently serves as the Chief Payments Officer at First Bank of the Lake, a position held since September 2023. Previously, AnaLiza was the Head of the Payroll Protection Program at Cross River from July 2019 to June 2022, where leadership involved mentoring a team that successfully funded nearly 500,000 businesses. AnaLiza also held the role of VP Banking as a Service at Cross River, leading the startup team in product strategy for the banking-as-a-service program. At The Bancorp, from April 2008 to July 2019, AnaLiza was the Director of Private Label Banking, driving digital innovation in fintech and developing partnerships within the digital payments ecosystem. Prior roles include VP and Client Relationship Manager at The Bancorp, Relationship Manager in Wealth and Investment Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Client Financial Analyst at Citi, and Six Sigma Project Specialist at Vanguard. AnaLiza holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from TRIUM Global Executive MBA (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University.
