Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator at First Community Mortgage and as Chief Executive Officer at Layered Home Group, Ginger specializes in Qualified and Non-Qualified Mortgages for homebuyers and investors. As the Founder of RuddyCo, expertise lies in growth strategy through technology, sales, and marketing. Ginger also contributes to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati as a Board Member and is a Real Estate Advisor and mentor at eXp Realty. Past leadership roles include Board Past President for the Women's Council of REALTORS® in Cincinnati and Vice President & Manager at Star One Realtors.
