Amit Sudan

Amit Sudan is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager at First Fiddle Restaurants since March 2020 and at Sukhija Bar and Grill Pvt. Ltd. since May 2015, Amit has previously held the position of Manager Operations at W.G Hospitality from June 2009 to April 2015, where responsibilities included supervising various operational aspects and resolving guest concerns. Additional experience includes roles as Bar Manager at Beach House Café Restaurant Bar in Connecticut and Restaurant Manager at Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa. Amit holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's Degree in the same field from the Institute of Hotel Management.
