Norm Butler

Norm Butler is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Chief Lending Officer at First Fidelity Bank since July 2022. With an extensive background at Bank of America, Norm held several senior roles, including Market Executive and SVP & Credit Products Executive, overseeing Business Banking activities across a multitude of states. Norm's experience also includes board positions at organizations such as the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools, as well as advisory roles at Grand Canyon University and the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where Norm has been a Dean’s Council Member since July 2014. Educational credentials include an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business and a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.
