Heather Reff

Heather Reff possesses extensive experience in client care and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Client Care & Success at First Legal since December 2017, having previously held roles as Sr. Manager and Manager in the same department. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service policies, providing data-driven analysis, and implementing training programs. Prior to First Legal, Heather held supervisory positions at Expedia, Inc., Progressive Leasing, and Discover Financial Services, where leadership techniques, employee engagement, and operational efficiency were key focuses. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Glendale Community College.
