Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and Nutritionist at a Private Consulting Office from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at an educational institution from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana obtained a Diploma in Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
