Maria del Mar Torres Aviles

Maria Del Mar Torres Aviles has a robust background in human resources and administration, with extensive experience in various roles since 2008. Currently serving as the Incentives and Commissions Coordinator at First Medical Health Plan since May 2015, Maria has also held positions such as HR Representative at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and Human Resources Generalist at Global Education Exchange Opportunities. Previous experience includes working as a Staffing Assistant and Human Resources Intern, alongside multiple supportive roles at the University of Puerto Rico, which encompass administrative tasks and student management. Maria holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Human Resources Management from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, complementing a solid foundation established during high school at Colegio De La Salle.
