First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union serves any persons who live or work in Allegany, Garrett and Washington Counties in Maryland; Somerset, Bedford and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania; and Mineral, Hampshire and Morgan Counties in West Virginia. Membership is also available to Verizon employees that headquartered in the counties of Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett in Maryland.
