Peg MacSwain

Peg MacSwain currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and Director of People and Culture at First Realty Management since November 2023. Prior to this role, Peg held the position of Director of Human Resources at Specialty Commerce Corp. from August 2018 to November 2023 and at Sullivan & McLaughlin from 2015 to 2018. Peg also served as Director of Human Resources at Symmons Industries from 2013 to 2015, following a brief tenure as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Markets Lead at JLL in 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at AvalonBay Communities from 2005 to 2013, Human Resources Generalist and Foreign National Advisor at Marine Biological Laboratory from 2003 to 2005, and Human Resources Specialist for Domestic and International Operations at EMD Serono, Inc. from 1994 to 2002. Peg holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Simmons University and an unspecified degree from UMass Boston.
