Warren Mickens

Warren Mickens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for the First Responder Network Authority since October 2021, Warren previously held prominent roles such as Vice President of Wholesale Operations at Qwest Communications from January 2008 to March 2019, General Programme Manager at Alcatel from July 2004 to January 2008, and Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Ameritech from 1994 to 2001. Warren also has experience as a Product Manager at FMCG from 1992 to 1994 and as President of the Separation Technologies Division at Cummins Engine Company from 1990 to 1992. Earlier in the career, Warren was a Manager of Product Development at Allied Signal Corporation from 1982 to 1985.
