Theresa Dwulit

Theresa Dwulit is an experienced Training and Content Designer currently working at First Watch Restaurants. Previously, Theresa served as a Volunteer Learning Designer at Rumie, where research and development of asynchronous microlearning courses were executed, resulting in 100% alignment to content standards. At Sarasota County Schools, Theresa held several roles, including Exceptional Student Education Liaison and Learning Designer and Instructor, managing IEP processes for over 300 students and leading a team of educators to maintain proficient math scores. Experience also includes a role as Instructional Design Graduate Assistant at the American College of Education, and as an Instructor at the NYC Department of Education, where collaboration with special education teachers was emphasized. Theresa’s career began in administrative support and community service, with degrees in Instructional Design and Technology and Special Education.
