Tara Wiltrout

Tara Wiltrout is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in business development and clinical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Director at firsthand since July 2023, Tara previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Genoa Healthcare from April 2012 to July 2023, where efforts focused on enhancing pharmacy services for individuals with behavioral illnesses and complex health conditions. Tara's career began at Iowa City VA Healthcare System as a Clinical Pharmacist from August 2009 to March 2012, complemented by roles as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty member. Additionally, Tara completed a Pharmacotherapy Residency at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, becoming a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Tara earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University between 2001 and 2007.
