Ray Gonzales

Ray Gonzales, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in both education and construction management. Currently serving as the Regional Construction Manager at FirstKey Homes since June 2022, Ray previously held the role of Director of Turn Services at Lessen from September 2021 to June 2022. Ray's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management as well as two Master's degrees in Education, specializing in Secondary Education and Educational Leadership. Prior experience includes a position as a Secondary Science Teacher and Athletic Director at Holy Family Academy and a Science Teacher role at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, where Ray taught biology, chemistry, and physics.
