Farzad Mehrpour

Farzad Mehrpour, MSc, is currently a Business Analyst in Commercial Banking at FirstOntario Credit Union since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Risk Analyst at Middle East Bank from January 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities encompassed developing credit rating models, estimating probabilities of default using logistic regression, and monitoring credit portfolio performance while reporting critical insights to the Vice President of Credit Risk. Farzad holds a Master of Science in Finance from Goodman School of Business at Brock University (2021-2023) and two degrees from the University of Tehran: a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (2008-2012).
