Patrick McDonough

Patrick McDonough is an accomplished engineering and reliability leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Engineering And Reliability Leader at First Quality Enterprises since June 2014. In this role, McDonough oversees plant capital projects, engineering, and major tissue capacity expansions, having previously held positions such as Expansion Project Manager and Engineering Manager for Major Capital Projects. Prior to joining First Quality Enterprises, McDonough spent 26 years at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities included strategic planning for product supply and leading initiatives across various product systems. McDonough holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned in 1987.
