Alexandra Fontova

Alexandra Fontova is the Co-Founder and COO of Dobby since November 2020, where efforts focus on home automation, exceptional customer experience, and a curated community of service providers. In addition, Alexandra serves as a Mentor for First Round Capital, facilitating connections between experienced startup leaders and early-stage entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Community at WeWork from September 2015 to August 2020, overseeing operations across 14 NYC locations and managing a team of over 80 employees. Earlier roles include Founding Community Manager at Refinery Nashville and Financial Analyst at Postlethwaite & Netterville. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Art History from Tulane University and continued education in Leadership and Business from Harvard University.
