Annie Duke

Annie Duke is a professional speaker and decision strategist, currently serving as the Professional Speaker for their own brand since January 2013. As a Special Partner in Decision Science at First Round Capital, Duke coaches venture capitalists and founders on making challenging decisions. As a co-founder of the Alliance for Decision Education, Duke aims to enhance decision-making skills among youth. Duke holds roles as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, Board Member at The Franklin Institute, Board Director for After-School All-Stars, and has served on the boards of Bridges Academy, Ante Up for Africa, and the Decision Education Foundation. With experience as Executive Vice President at Federated Sports + Gaming, Duke holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a BA from Columbia University.
