Sharon Hammel

Sharon Hammel currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of Community Banking at Firstrust Bank since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer at Fulton Bank from April 2024 to September 2024. For over a decade, from June 2012 to April 2024, Sharon was with Republic Bank, initially as Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer and later as Senior Vice President and Senior Retail Market Manager, where responsibilities included driving the growth of the store network, enhancing retail banking services, and fostering excellent customer relations. Sharon’s earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Relationship Banking at Beneficial Savings Bank from June 2007 to June 2012.
