Shwetha Jadav

Shwetha Jadav is a seasoned professional in capability development and training, currently serving as Director of Capability Development at Firstsource since December 2022. Prior to this role, Shwetha was Assistant Vice President of Training at EXL from May 2022 to December 2022 and held the position of Deputy General Manager at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from July 2014 to May 2022. Shwetha completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Customer Service Management from Bangalore University between 1999 and 2002.
