Colm O'Donaill

Colm O'Donaill is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading multinational organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Fiserv EMEA, Colm oversees a 2,000+ person merchant technology organization and is the site lead for the Dublin office, which functions as EMEA HQ. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at eShopWorld, where Colm guided the company from startup to acquisition, and Chief Technology Officer at ding.com, responsible for global technology operations across multiple offices. Colm has held key positions at Citi, O2 Ireland, and IONA Technologies, demonstrating expertise in mobile banking solutions, architecture, and software development. Colm holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin, along with degrees in Computer Science and History.
