Hina Raja

Hina Raja currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Fisk University since August 2024. Prior to this role, Hina Raja worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from November 2022 to July 2024, specializing in the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence models for detecting conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration, utilizing Optical Coherence Tomography and fundus images. Hina Raja obtained a PhD from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), where studies spanned from September 2014 to August 2021. Additionally, Hina Raja has experience as a Visiting Lecturer at Foundation University in Pakistan from September 2015 to August 2016 and as a Senior Lecturer at Preston University from July 2015 to July 2016.
