Maren K. is a Learning Experience Specialist at FitX since January 2024, focusing on leadership development and the implementation of workshops on feedback conversations, conflict management, team building, and time management. Prior to this role, Maren served as a People & Culture Development Specialist at Sales Holding from February 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included designing and managing leadership development and talent promotion programs. Concurrently, Maren worked as a Training & Development Consultant at Ranger Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH from April 2017 to February 2021, conducting nationwide workshops for sales trainers and developing e-learning resources. Maren's career began with internships in learning and organizational development at TARGOBANK and in human resources at Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann GmbH. Maren holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Radboud University.
