Nina Ingenhorst

Nina Ingenhorst currently serves as Teamlead Learning Experience and Specialist Digital Learning at FitX since February 2021, building on previous experience at Pv Automotive where Nina held the roles of Personalreferent and Trainee Personalentwicklung, focusing on project management for LMS implementation, e-learning development, and training management. Earlier roles include an internship in corporate education at AUDI AG and a working student position in applicant management and marketing at avitea GmbH, where Nina contributed to the introduction of a 360-degree feedback system and conducted applicant tests. Nina holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
