Erin Swartzmiller

Erin Swartzmiller is a seasoned professional in identity and access management, currently serving as the Director of Identity & Access Management at Five Below since April 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from October 2011 to April 2023, where Erin held multiple leadership roles in identity and access management, controls and compliance, and governance risk and compliance (GRC). Prior to that, Erin worked as an IT Compliance Manager at Bravo Health, focusing on SOX, ITGC, HIPAA, and MAR compliance. Erin's career began with EY as part of the IT Advisory & Technology Security Risk Services team, emphasizing financial statement compliance and IT assurance. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, obtained in 2007.
