Paul Sales

Paul Sales is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial planning and operations within the senior living industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at Five Star Senior Living since November 2023, Paul previously held multiple senior leadership roles at AlerisLife, including Senior Director of Shared Services and Director of Operations. Paul's career at Five Star Senior Living began in 2007, where responsibilities included oversight of financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of 267 communities. Prior experience includes roles in financial operations at First Act Inc and management in retail at Décor Images. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, and Information Systems from UMass Boston and an Associate degree in Accounting from Bunker Hill Community College.
