Ilanit Tzirlin Elisha

Ilanit Tzirlin Elisha currently serves as the HR Director at Fiverr since September 2024. Previously, Ilanit held the position of HR Director and HR Business Partner at Lightricks from April 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, Ilanit worked as Corporate HR Manager at Avgol Nonwovens, where responsibilities included serving as an HR Business Partner to global leaders and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Experience also includes serving as HR Business Partner at BrightSource Energy, leading cross-organizational HR processes, and as HR Specialist at BrightSource Industries Israel, where Ilanit helped establish the Human Resources department.
