Neerajakshi Bandaru

Neerajakshi Bandaru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Flaconi since October 2018, Neerajakshi facilitates key agile ceremonies, protects the development team from external distractions, and collaborates closely with the product owner on backlog management. Previously, Neerajakshi worked at Infosys Limited from February 2007 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing IT and Network Security projects for the adidas group, overseeing O365 migration, and acting as a Scrum Master for agile implementations. Early career roles included positions as a Technology Lead at Payback GmbH and various technology-focused roles focused on payment systems in Europe. Neerajakshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science from Sri Krishnadevaraya University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
