Victoria Seales has extensive experience in safeguarding and community management, currently serving as Head of Safe Communities and Head of Safeguarding and Anti-Social Behavior (ASB) at Flagship_Group since December 2010. Prior to this role, Victoria Seales worked at Mills & Reeve from July 1997 to March 2006, holding various positions including Litigation and ASB Manager, Legal Executive, and Customer Manager, along with earlier roles as a Legal Executive and Paralegal.
