Cheryl Reid

Cheryl Reid has over 13 years of experience in training and quality assurance, focusing on senior leadership roles that enhance learning and development. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development at Fletcher Construction since November 2024, Cheryl previously held positions as Learning and Development Manager at Brian Perry Civil and Principal Consultant at Skills Consulting Group, among others. Cheryl's expertise includes developing qualifications, implementing best practice assessment methodologies, and engaging with industry stakeholders. Educational qualifications encompass a Diploma of Education from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and participation in leadership programs at Duke University and UC Berkeley.
