Dan Peterle

Dan Peterle is an accomplished Quality Manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently working at Flex-N-Gate since September 2021, Dan previously served as APQP Manager at Challenge Mfg. Company, overseeing launch quality across multiple plants. Prior to that, Dan held the position of Quality Manager at Matcor Automotive Inc., where responsibilities included leading internal audits and managing quality staff across two locations. Dan's career also includes significant roles as a Quality Engineer at various companies, where contributions involved developing quality plans, conducting corrective actions, and participating in product launches. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering Technology and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Ferris State University, along with an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Tooling Technology from Grand Rapids Community College.
